You should be able to, but I would thaw them on paper towels first and let the excess moisture drain off.

They should be ok with that change, HOWEVER we have not tested it that why so I can’t guarantee the results.

This was outstanding! I also used all chicken broth, 1 lb of bulk Italian pork sausage and added some spinach at the end. Four of us ate it all yesterday and I am making another pot today.

I made this as a gift for my boss. I took the advice and only added the 1/2 tsp. sugar to the yeast and then only 1 tablespoon sugar to the rest of the dough. To me it was perfect. I didn’t want a sweet bread. This was perfect out of the oven with butter and jam last night at 11:00 p.m.! I just hope my boss loves the loaf I gifted him!
