I would multiply by 9 to get a 2 quart pitcher. If you go to the recipe card https://amandascookin.com/coconut-rum-mojitos/#wprm-recipe-container-26392 and look in the pink upper section, there’s a serving area (it says 1 mojito). You can click on that and change it to 9. That will calculate the measurements for you. HOWEVER, I would not put the mint in the pitcher. I would muddle the mint in individual glasses, then do the rest in the pitcher and pour over mint/ice in the glass.

Delicious! Followed the recipe exactly except used maple syrup instead of simple syrup as I didn’t feel like making it. Will be making again!
