I’m actually surprised you can’t find it in a large size. it’s a pretty big cut of meat! I’m sure you could substitute chuck roast, but you would shred the meat when finished. If you find brisket cut smaller, you can always get two. :)

Could another meat be substituted for brisket? I have not found it readily available in a large size. I am feeding 6 with teenage boys.

White wine vinegar or any of your favorite herbal vinegars would be a good substitute!

What is the best substitute for the Tarragon Vinegar? Apple cider, white, white wine vinegar, etc.? I’m having difficulty finding tarragon vinegar. Thx & I can’t wait to give this a try.

I found it at Woodman’s, which is a large grocer here by me. It’s one of those stores that has EVERYTHING. :)
